Sean Denihan

Managing Partner

Sean is a Managing Partner of Homewood Real Estate Partners, is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for all business activities including the strategic direction of the firm, investments and property management. Before joining Homewood, Sean was an Associate at ClearRock Properties, where he focused on underwriting commercial office investments, in addition to managing new and existing assets. Prior to ClearRock, Sean worked at Tenth Avenue Holdings where he was involved in all aspects of closing hotel and office transactions. Before that, Sean was at Structuretone Construction where he was an Estimator and Superintendent on large construction projects.

Sean received a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, Gabeli School of Business. While attending Georgetown University, Sean was a member of the varsity men’s lacrosse team.
