Daniel Denihan

Managing Partner

Dan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Homewood Real Estate Partners, is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for all business activities including the strategic direction of the firm, investments and property management. Dan has lifelong real estate acquisition and investment experience, as well as hospitality management experience, having been involved in day-to-day operations of the Denihan family-owned Affinia Hospitality Group (formerly Manhattan East Suite Hotels). Prior to forming Homewood, Dan was an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank and a Credit Derivatives Broker at Tullet Prebon.

Dan received a B.A. in Social Sciences from Johns Hopkins University. While attending Johns Hopkins University, Dan was a member of the varsity men’s lacrosse team.
